You will deal with customers across UK & Ireland, providing the highest levels of customer service by phone and email. The Role • Provide telephone and email Customer Service Support to customers, you will have a passion for providing the highest levels of service • Respond to customer contacts in a timely and accurate manner in line with company service levels • Work to team and individual goals for response times, resolution of problems and call volumes • Aim to be the best, always aiming for the highest standard of Customer Service • Interact with other departments to make things happen and solve issues • Deal with complaints in relation to incorrect or late orders, and damaged goods • Reporting to your Team Manager you will strive to meet your objectives • This purely a customer support position (no sales involved) Requirements • Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken as you will be dealing with customers from across the UK and Ireland • Customer service skills essential with a good telephone manner • Adaptable and flexible approach • Able to work on own initiative • Mature outlook and able to resolve problems effectively • Team Player with ability to learn fast • Call Centre or Customer Service experience preferred (4 weeks of training provided) • Good computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and databases • Strong communication skills • Completely customer focused with excellent inter-personal skills • Ability to work under pressure to high standards
