Candidate Profile
An honours degree in a Computer Science or equivalent related engineering discipline is required.
Strong Java skills with practical experience are essential.

The Job
Selected graduates will take part in an 18 month development programme during which they will gain exposure to a range of complex projects with team sizes ranging from small in-house development teams to larger cross-functional teams.
In the first 18 months, experience and extensive knowledge of the following technologies will be gained:
Object Oriented Application Development
Unified Modeling Language (UML) design
Java GUI Development
Swing
SWT
XML libraries and binding technologies
SOAP
CVS, Subversion
JUnit or other unit testing frameworks
Quick Test Pro
Pilz P3 development lifecycle
Pilz Software quality management system
Depending on skills and ability a graduate may also gain extensive experience in some or all of the following technologies:
Eclipse plug-in development including experience in core platform, EMF, GEF, GMF
3D Technologies such as Java3D, OpenGL
2D imaging algorithms
